Great outfit that gets the job done. After 1 month of setting up the boxes to diminish the Vole population on our property, I have no more issues. I gave my lawn extra TLC during the extraction process to get it back to normal. It's been 2 months now and you'd never know the Voles existed.

Technicians are friendly and respectful and take time to listen to our areas of concern and answer our questions. In prior years we used a different company that was supposed to manage the same bugs and critters, but they used minimum bait traps and rushed off to the next job and never came back to treat persistent problems in between the quarterly visits. Standard Pest Control, on the other hand, guarantees their service and they live up to their guarantee! They spend much more time and product to treat the various bugs and critters in our yard and keep it under control. We have a very large yard that backs onto a grassy hill and a wetland area which means voles have always been a problem in our yard, but if voles return in between quarterly visits it only takes a quick text message expressing our concerns and the office promptly replies and sets up a return visit within the next couple of days. We are very impressed with the quality of service!
