Living on an acreage just outside of Calgary, we get visits from unwanted little creatures such as ants, wasps, gophers and moles. We're fine with them living outside but not in our house or garage. STANDARD PEST CO visited our area and I explained what problems we were having. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. We have just received our 3rd service call from Standard Pest Co. today (Wednesday, Dec. 15/21) and I was very impressed with getting an email saying that Kris would be out to see us on the above mentioned date. He was and I'm extremely impressed with how approachable, personable and knowledgeable he was. I don't know where Standard Pest finds its employees but all three of the company's representatives were outstanding! My husband and I own a business and would absolutely love to have employees like this! Their products are extremely effective and they use several different bait devices to cover all of the problem areas. They check back with you to make sure that what they have set up is working. As a result we have no more wasps buzzing around our doorways or decks, we have not seen any ants in our house all summer and no mice or moles in our garage or deck area. I would call on them right away if we had any more pest problems and as it stands we will be continuing on with their service as very satisfied customers!!
